We’ve worked diligently to make matchVote user friendly and easy to use – that said, sometimes you’ll need our help…

Before getting started, here’s a few things to keep in mind:

  • Most user experience problems have been encountered before – so please review the FAQ before contacting us directly.
  • matchVote has many more users than we have staff – so please be patient with us. Often, the quickest way to find an answer to your problem that isn’t in the FAQ is to ask other users or moderators.
  • We try to respond to our users within 24 hours. If you haven’t heard back from us, you might try again via Twitter or Facebook.


I found some data that is wrong or out of date. How can I correct it?

¬†Thank you! The majority of our data is collected from third party sources or by artificial intelligence. Rarely these sources get something wrong, and we’re incredibly appreciative of our userbase for helping us correct our records. To get started please use our contact form and remember to bring source information for your update.
